Val’s Secret Southern Sweet Potato Fries

Sweet potatoes, peeled
Vegetable oil
Cinnamon, to taste
Nutmeg, to taste
Sugar, to taste

Peel and slice potatoes up into fry-like pieces. Fry in vegetable oil until golden brown. They're ready when they float to the surface.

Mix cinnamon, nutmeg and white sugar in a bag. Shake and sprinkle over hot fries.
