Mashed Butternut Squash

pinch cinnamon
pinch curry powder
3 tbs cultured sustainable butter
drizzle of local honey
juice of 12 lime
14 cup fresh local apple cider
kosher salt & pepper to taste
fresh chives for garnish

Steam squash until fork tender Add remaining ingredients and mash until smooth Season with salt & pepper to taste and serve
