Carolina-Style Mustard BBQ Sauce

1 gallon cider vinegar
14 cup crushed ancho chiles
3 crushed chipotle chiles
1 12 cup Brown Sugar
14 cup yellow mustard
14 Worcestershire sauce
Salt and peppercorn, to taste

Combine first 4 ingredients and heat until dissolved.

Add remaining ingredients, cool and adjust seasoning with salt and fresh-ground pepper.
